Notice of Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our website, you may notify us by providing the following information:

  • Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and needs to be removed, including a description of where it is located on our website
  • Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material that was removed or disabled as a result of an infringement notice is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use such content, you may submit a counter-notification.

The counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, getlatestfiles has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
